Hearn, 103, of Bowling Green, passed away June 1, 2012, at Maple Grove Nursing Home in Louisiana, MO. Funeral services are being held 11:00 am, Monday June 4, 2012 at the First Presbyterian Church in Bowling Green with Chris Gamm officiating. Burial will be at the Bowling Green Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 pm on Sunday June 3, 2012 at the Mudd-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green. Mrs. Hearn was born August 2, 1908 in Pike County, MO, the daughter of James Edward and Mary (Little) Page. She married John Hurley Robinson on October 1, 1927 in Bowling Green. He preceded her in death November 2, 1980. She then married Jess Hearn whom also preceeded her in death. Survivors include one daughter Carolyn Branstetter of Bowling Green; two stepsons Bob Sutton (Connie) of Illinois, and Tommy Sutton (Bobbi) of Vandalia; four grandchildren Debbie Kirkpatrick of Bowling Green, Cheryl Sutton (Leon) of Bowling Green, Greg Branstetter (Kris) of Louisiana, and Melissa Dempsey (Randy) of Bowling Green; eleven great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brothers William and R.T. Page; sisters Dessie Betts, Azel Hickman and Katherine Lawson. Mrs Hearn was a member of First Presbyterian Church where she sang in the choir, quilted and was part of the Ergonian Class. She worked at P N Hirsch for several years, sold Avon for many years and worked as a cashier at Don’s IGA for many years before her retirement. She enjoyed planting and working in her flower gardens, enjoyed watching and attending WWF events and watching and going to the St. Louis Cardinal games. She loved to go and travel anytime and anywhere. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Serving as Pallbearers are six great grandchildren Brandon Sutton, Jordan Sutton, Kyle Kirkpatrick, Josh Branstetter, Daylan Dempsey, Matt Dempsey. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers are six great granddaughters Tiffany Flanagan, Danielle Branstetter, Mika Kirkpatrick, Brooke Young, Whitney Branstetter. Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church in Bowling Green.
