William Lindell Billings, 67, of Frankford, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Hannibal Regional Hospital. Private services will be held by the family at a later date. Bibb-Veach Funeral Homes & Crematory are handling the cremation rites. William was born December 2, 1954 in Hannibal, Missouri to Carl and Bennie Foster Billings. He was united in marriage to Donna on June 26, 1989. She preceded him in death. William grew up in Frankford on the family farm and lived in Frankford his entire life. He attended Frankford Schools. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. He farmed both his land and the Keithley Hefrord Farm. William loved to pass his time tending his garden. William is survived by sons: Robert Billings (Bethany) of Bowling Green, Donald Billings (Abbie) of Wentzville, William Billings of Hannibal, and Michael Billings (Angie) of Bowling Green; daughter, Brittney Cirrincione (Brad) of Fall Creek, Illinois; numerous grandchildren; sisters, Mary Jane Jones of Camdenton, Missouri and Carla Hamilton of Hannibal; along with many nieces and nephews.
